Color swatch not appearing + product variant image issue

    Hi,
    I’ve just purchased your theme again for my new website, and I’ve encountered 2 weird issues that I didn’t see on the other website.

    1- The color swatches didn’t appear… not in the product page, nor in the products grid. tried looking an option, but no luck, the variants still appear in the old drop-down list.

    2- In the product page, when selecting a variant, the image of that variant appears super small, and no its not because of the size, I’m 100% sure that its a large image. Even when hovering it still zooms-in with High quality.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your decision to work with our theme.

    As for the swatches you need to configure them:

    Please navigate to Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> Color -> Configure items, enable swatch as shown http://prntscr.com/jskm29 and add the color;

    Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > choose pa_color (your color attribute) and enable “Use images from product variations” if you want swatches to show variation image instead of the color;

    Make sure each variation in a variable product has an image: http://prntscr.com/kk870w

    As for the image on variation, please update your theme, today we have released the recent version and this problem has been fixed.

    Oh dear… My products were migrated from Shopify and because of that, the variants aren’t linked to attributes, so I cant really select that option…(see this: https://gyazo.com/e70144fc0be0c22ef92bb8f6c759e979)
    please tell me there’s another way :(, the color swatch is one of the main reasons why i chose your theme :c

    regarding the update, where can I update it from? cant see an option for that.

    Hello,

    Please find all the instructions on the update here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    The color attribute is configured in Products > Attribute not in the product page. Try another importing plugin which would import product correctly. I am afraid your variation may work improperly regardless the swatches.

    Hi Elise,

    The thing is I’ve already migrated and payed 150$ :(, not only that but I looked everywhere for a tool that supports that and found none… in fact the tool that i found was the ONLY tool that migrates to wordpress dot com.

    Isn’t there any possible way to make it work by any chance? 🙁

    Hello,

    Products and attributes are the Woocommerce functionality. Our theme presents attribute as swatches provided they are working by default. Our theme does not have any option to redo that.

    Hello Elise,

    It took me forever, but finally I fixed the attributes problem, Now isn’t there any possible way to bulk enable all of the ” Attribute dropdown will be replaces with squared buttons” for all of my attributes at once? it will take me forever since I have thousands of attributes 🙁
