Hello,
Navigate to the Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product catalog and find options for sorting on the shop page.
If you want to show best sellers on any page you can do it with the product grid https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/
