    Ok, thank you.

    I have one more question. I have a problem with “Banners carousel” links. All links are fine but there is a link to nowhere (page is reloaded) on “Promo banner” background.
    Please see attached a screenshot of a promo banner : green links are ok, red link is wrong.
    How can I edit this link or remove it ?

    Hi,

    The banner link works, but only on the button text, not on the entire banner. If I click on the background image, the page is reloaded.

    In this situation are you able to provide us your FTP access so we could troubleshoot it and provide you with a solution?

    Hello,

    Please provide your login URL as adding wp-admin does lead to login page and provide your FTP access.

    It is not FTP access to the server. And these admin credentials don’t work as well. Ask your hosting providers for a correct FTP access if you don’t have this information.

    You are right. Here is the problem : I can’t click on “Select URL”, it doesn’t work (I don’t know why…). That’s why I add the URL directly in the source code:

    Try to edit it from the backend editor since this function doesn’t work in WPBakery Frontend editor mode.

    The only way to check this code is to open the banner element in backend editor and check how the link looks. You can also test it on your website live.

    Have you set the link in backend editor? Please, send us a screenshot from the backend editor where you set the link.

    You don’t need to edit it in the code. Just open this element in WPBakery page builder. Not as a regular page text.
