appearance / menus => no html blocks display

After install woodmart theme, and without import (important for me). I can not insert your items in my menu. See picture.
How add html blocks and others items ?

HTML block is not a link and it cannot be added to menu. You need to enter a menu item and choose the HTML block from the drop-down https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/
As for your screen options make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.
