Footer Sidebar and custom social links

Hey,
I want to create my own social link on header and sticky.
Like a “call now” icon (for example).
And second thing is to change for HTML code for the footer sidebar (col-XX-XX) to use a different type of layout on mobile.

In both cases you would better create the templates in HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
And then insert HTML widget in the Footer column (make one column in the Theme Settings > Footer) and insert HTML block in Header Builder
