    Hello,

    Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

    Firstly, you need to replace all dummy content images with your own. Your server blocks requests to our dummy content server and images can’t be loaded https://gyazo.com/3b04e229bca289bcb844451bbc5ede11
    You can find them in Footer widgets areas in Appearance -> Widgets and in copyrights in Theme Settings -> Footer.

    Also, there are some problems with your server because backend dashboard is slow too and our theme doesn’t influence its speed.

    Will it accelerate by providing my own logo and products? I do not think so. The demo should not be slow. what do you suggest? I like a basic theme. but it works slowly. maybe I don’t know if you would recommend an accelerator. please help me. you and your works are very beautiful.

    We meant that these errors should be fixed first. And yes, they may add a few seconds to average loading time. And as we said, your website is slow in general. Check its loading time on the backend.

    In this situation, could you please check the loading time in your WordPress dashboard with our theme and then with default WordPress theme? Do you see the difference?

    We just tested default page in your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes. And the average loading time is 5-10 seconds

    As you can see, this problem is not related to our theme and most likely caused by the server. We suggest you take some trial period on other hosting servers like Bluehost for example and install our theme there.
