Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

You need to edit the HTML block which contains the popup content. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup > you will see shortcode ID. Find the appropriate HTML block by ID. If there any background-colors in Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup, change them or delete.
