1. what is this widget name? Your screen shows the Product category element in the upper row, you can find it in WP Bakery page builder chart, the second row is the pre-footer with HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#pre-footer

2. Disable the “Masonry grid” and “Different size image” in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product style
