You need to check the currency switcher option and documentation on how to assign to a menu. As far as I know, currency switcher is added by means of the widget. If so:

1. Create a sidebar for currency widget http://prntscr.com/p74a90

2. Add the currency widget into the sidebar;

3. Create HTML block and add widgetized sidebar element http://prntscr.com/p749v1

4. Add the HTML block into the Header builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#header_builder
