Reply To: Edit email address

If you want to change the email address for that envelope icon which is shown in your site footer then you have to go to Appearance >> Widgets>> Footer Column1 as in the screenshot:

In case if you are talking about the email icon which is used inside social icons and enabled from the Theme Settings >> Social Profiles >> LINKS TO SOCIAL PROFILES >> Email for social links.

Then remember that the Email sharing is destined to share a link on the email. As soon as you click to share, a mail client opens and you need to insert the email of the person whom you want to send the link. The link will be in the body of the mail. Seems you do not have a mail client configured.
