We are just confused as to why we have 1:1 square selected in the admin, but the woodmart shop page is displaying a thumbnail image that is not 1:1 square. How do we get this setting to create 1:1 square with the woodmart theme?

If this is outside the scope of support and is woocomerce related, I understand and will follow up with woocommerce.
