Please check the issue on any other default theme, do you see this option? Any WordPress theme is a skin, it does not influence the functionality. Our theme does not do either. We usually do our best to help and provide custom CSS for the issues not covered by our support or even provide code snippets if it is quickly. However, our support has been limited to the features and functions of our theme. We do not provide WordPress / Woocommerce support.
