If you are getting this error while uploading from the Dashboard then you can try uploading theme using FTP.

Please follow the steps described in our detailed documentation to install the theme in the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

If the problem continues then provide with FTP & admin panel login details and URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
