I have tried something and it worked to some extent. I have tried deleting woocommerce plugin and reinstalled it, which helped me in getting away the errors I was seeing on the pages. However, I have few other issues.

1 – Please refer to the images attached, I am seeing the grayed areas. Please help me fixing it.
2- also, it seems that the theme is not incorporating the woocommerce pluggin properly, as it is not showing me add to cart button on the shop/product pages.
