Please switch to the parent Woodmart theme, check the issue. If the problem persists, deactivate all the plugins excepting Dokan and check.

If there is incompatibility with the child theme it means that some of the customization code conflicts.

If the problem is not solved, make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit, to deactivate the plugins switch to Storefront.
