Hot spot not working properly with layout ( Layout is in back-end)

Also there is a compatibility issue with Woodmart and Dokan. The dokan live search for vendor stores is not working with the theme and I had to enter some custom scc to make the vendor store layout compatible on mobile. The team at Wedevs said I should ask you to check it out and fix the compatibility issues.
I also think there are some underlying problems with the theme as it pertains to my website in general. Don’t get me wrong I love this theme and I want to keep it. But when trying to optimize or speed up our website the theme does some crazy stuff. For instance right now the mobile version is missing elements and functions. Can you please help us to know what we are doing wrong?

The free Dokan version is compatible with our theme. We have a lot of users using it.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme (excepting Dokan) and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

We are not using the free Dokan plugin. We are using Dokan Business. It is not working entirely as it should. The Hotspot is only working because I disabled the stretch row. When we stretch the row it ceases to work properly.

Also, the theme does not function well when we use optimization plugins to speed up our site. We are encountering problem after problem.

We really want to launch our website and we love your theme. We are being told we should switch and use another theme, but I would really like to stick with you guys.

I tried disabling the plugins except Woodmart and Dokan as you suggested. The result was a fatal error on the website.

I submitted a ticket to the hosting team. They said there are incompatible issues wit Dokan and Woodmart child theme.

Please switch to the parent Woodmart theme, check the issue. If the problem persists, deactivate all the plugins excepting Dokan and check.

If there is incompatibility with the child theme it means that some of the customization code conflicts.

If the problem is not solved, make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit, to deactivate the plugins switch to Storefront.

Also just to clarify the problem again specifically. The hotspot feature does not work when we stretch the row in WP bakery. It only works when the row is at default.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the search on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

As for the Hot Spot please clarify which one has the problem.

I just set the row at full width. Take a look now and see the problem with the hotspot.

Also the problem with the search bar still persists.

You need to disable Overflow: hidden; in the row settings > WoodMart. Now I have done that it works.

Have you tested the search on the Storefront? Is there any problems?

Yes my developer checked the search issue and determined it is a problem with the theme search. He said the ajax search is showing random products. He activated a search plugin which works fine but we don’t want to use a plugin.

The search bar we are using now is a plugin. The default search bar by Woodmart shows random products when we type “water” into the search.

The Woodmart search is still showing the wrong search results.

We also sent another ticket in about the product page scrolling to the bottom of the screen on it’s own. We really need that fixed asap, it’s a little embarrassing now we have customers online.

WoodMart search works as the default WordPress search. The WodPress search find the product by a keyword that is contained in the title or product description.

Please provide the product URL with the problem. I have checked a few I do not see the problem with the scroll.

Okay can we disable the product description search? Because when we type water we are getting electrical devices and so on.
