Hello,
If you want to show only on sale products. You would better use the Product Grid / Carousel element: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/product-grid-carousel-element/
Custom filters can filter by a category, an attribute and price https://prnt.sc/tflh84
