Our theme is 100% compatible with the Slider Revolution, however, our theme support does not cover support of the Slider plugin. You call the “Slider” as the “Banner” and that confused me and caused a long period of help support. In the very beginning, I suggested you upload images of a bigger size as this the only solution for the issue. If your image is big enough and you have the problem, it means you have configured something incorrectly. Alternatively, if you uploaded the demo, you can choose the ready slider, replace the image background and content, and get a ready a nice slider.

I am checking your site again, the issue is caused by the image size and wrong configuration. Please upload images of the equal size and proportion and check how it works.
