As for the header, you need to create two equal headers in different languages. Then assign to another in Strings translation.

Please let me know the pair of headers I will sing and show you on the screen.

The categories are translated as other WordPress content, As for the tabs, you need to replace the current title with the transition as you usually do translate the pages.
