First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :)

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

It seems that you have an unclosed tag under Theme Settings >> Footer.

Please make sure that you have closed all the tags correctly then clear cache and check back.

And for the menu item try re-adding the menu item to the menu then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
