So, after your new website will be set up we hope that all these issues will be resolved. For the optimization, personally we prefer WP Super Cache, but W3 Total Cache works fine too. You can also use Better WordPress minify to optimize and combine all your JS and CSS files if the cache plugin will not do this job well.
