Reply To: Html block option does not appear on menu

The issue is still there. After clearing the cache, it still does not show the extra options.
Please check again. Try to add a new customlink/page and you will see that it does not show the custom theme options.

I deleted all the menus, you can try to add a new menu and add a custom link, you will see no option to add the html block.
