Reply To: Color swatches

Tested in DEV site. Yes, if all colour attributes in use for a certain product have the colour value emptied in admin, it shows the default select dropdown.
It is confusing though, “Enable swatch” option clearly marks that when this is unchecked, the colour attribute shouldn’t make any difference.
Imagine: I want to use the default dropdown for all colours. I would have to clear the color code value for all of them and when I change my mind, I would have to fill in all the color codes again. Instead of just ticking a checkbox.
I consider it as a bug and would suggest this behaviour be changed.
