Reply To: Contact Us Popup Form Keeps Popping Up

Like I mentioned above, it happens at random and doesn’t happen all the time, so you may not necessarily see it when you go to the website. However, it happens often enough. It should be the newsletter popup that the visitors are greeted with first when they enter the website, not the Contact Us popup. I didn’t send you a screenshot before of the issue, because I thought my explanation of the problem was straightforward and would be easily understood. Anyway, see below for the screenshot I took of it. Usually if someone clicks the “Contact Us” link on the footer, you’ll see a full black background around the popup, but as you’ll see in the screenshot, the popup opens up at random by itself, that’s why the background shows the website page layout instead of the black background. I hope my explanation now and the screenshot will give you a better understanding of the issue. Thanks.
