Reply To: Related Products Slider Doesn’t Show Related Products

I’m not sure if you saw my last response, so I’ll just make it shorter this time and just ask the following 2 questions again.

1). When you said: “you need to assign the product to one category only or show the related products by tag”, what did you mean by tag? If possible, please send me a screenshot of an example of it, or where on the backend can you show or enable a product by tag.

2). And if the products were shown by tags, would the products show up correctly on the Related product slider, even if the products were still under multiple categories?
