This is a functional page and it is not editable. If you do not want use the default blog page and want to use your page, remove the Woocommerce product element and replace it with the Product Grid or Carousel: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/

In addition, you can revise the columns in the WoodMart extra tab of the row settings.
