As you can see in the description of the option, it cannot work correctly with the cache plugins so I don’t know any possible workaround, unfortunately.

The code with this functionality is situated in the inc/integrations/woocommerce/modules/wishlist/class-ui.php file.

In this file itself, find the “add_to_wishlist_btn” function on line 298.
