1. You can enable the categories always open in the page settings: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/

2. Our support does not cover Woocommerce customization, unfortunately, we have not tested this plugin with our theme, so we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility, contact the vendor if they refund you in case of incompatibility, you can try this plugin.

3. Our theme can hardly influence that. Switch to the default theme and check if you see the same.
