As per your screen, this is the top row of the header. You can hide or edit it in the Dashboard > WoodMart > Header builder: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/header-rows-and-columns-configuration/

If it is a Header banner, you can disable or edit it in the Theme Settings > General > Heder banner.
