Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Actually, as we mentioned you earlier regarding the default appearance of the Variable Product that it shows the Price Range for a Variable Product. So, if any of the Variants have a Discount or Sale Price added on it, then it would show the Label on the Product as a whole if you preview it on the Shop or Category Pages.

So, to overcome that you can use the Theme new feature of Show single variation . Using this feature, the Variants of a Product will appear as Individual Products and then the Discount Sale Label will show specifically on that Variant on which you want to show.
