Yes, there must be a Image Size difference in your Image and Demo link Images which is you are seeing that difference. Try to resize your Images to the same size of the Demo Images and then check back the concern again.

For more Image related options, you can edit that specific Promo Banner element through which the Images are appearing and then configure them accordingly.
