Sorry to say but the Shop page comes from WooCommerce by default, so you can’t edit it with the Page Builder plugin by default, it’s a restriction from WooCommerce end.

But under the WoodMart Theme you can make use of the Layout Builder to create your own custom Archive, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkout pages. Layouts can be created under the Dashboard > Layouts.
