Sorry for the earlier misunderstanding. We have now further checked this concern on your Site thoroughly and found out that you have defined a different Preset for the Theme Settings on your Site with the Conditions defined and have used the Image there for the Page Title which is why the changes made to general Theme Settings preset wasn’t taking effect.
