Firstly, regarding uploading the Custom Fonts on the Site, please follow the Theme guidelines:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-upload-custom-fonts/

1. Add this line to the wp-config.php file: define( ‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’, true );
2. Upload all files formats
3. Remove this line from wp-config.php file
As soon as you upload the font files, delete this line.
