Sorry to say but the Hover effect is by default for all the Products under the Theme and it can’t be changed right now. Although, you can select different styles related to it under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Product archive > Products styles > there you can find different styles to select: https://snipboard.io/iWzrbs.jpg

Further, if you want to hide the Hover image effect image for the Products on the Archive pages, you can turn that off under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Product archive > Products styles > Elements > there you can find the toggle option Hover image > you can turn that off: https://snipboard.io/Brhg3m.jpg
