Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

Upon checking we have found out that the Dropdown Height is appearing to be selected as 1000px which is why it appears that much. So, you need to readjust that Min Height defined and set it around 100px and the Dropdown will then appear like you want.

The Height is defined under the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > there edit your Main Menu > edit the respective Menu Item > under that you will find the Dropdown height option > change the value of 1000 there to 100 or something: https://snipboard.io/97ECDA.jpg
