Log in to your new WordPress site as an administrator.
Go to the “Tools” section and select “Export.”
Choose the content you want to export, such as posts, pages, or custom post types.
Click on the “Download Export File” button to save the export file (an XML file) to your computer.

Then import the new demo.

And then choose the WordPress importer to import the file.
So, you can search for any third party Plugin in this regard that best meets your needs
