Have a look at the screen: http://prntscr.com/itb4yu you have hidden column on tablet and mobile, but taking into consideration that responsiveness in WPBacery Page builder has been deactivated, the columns are hidden on all devices: http://prntscr.com/itb9tz

So configure the column to be visible on all the devices.
