Please make the full backup of your site.

If you have CSS customization, move it to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS.

All custom JS move to Theme Settings > Custom JS.

All PHP code moves to function.php of the child theme, then reload the themes downloaded from the ThemeForest to your site and activate the licenses: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
