01. Yes, Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Add the Layout in the menu:

02. You can not remove the woodmart_layout from the layout URL. It is the custom post type of the theme and it will always show like this. it will not show on the frontend, it only shows when you view the Layout which you have added on the backend, it will not show on the frontend for the users.

03. The Sidebar is shown in this layout. But in this layout there are only simple products that is why the attribute filters are not showing here.
