could you please do me a favour and check first on your side the following issue:
The option Theme settings – Performance – Plugins – WP Rocket delay JS exclusions setting should automatically populate delay_js_exclusions. Could you please check if the list is up to date? As far as I see, the menu and swiper are loading delayed (which is wrong), so they might not be on the exclusion list. If I deactivate delayed loading, the problem with menu is solved, but the performance score is completely down. Maybe you can ask the responsive developer about the exclusion list? the list from https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/ works with the old theme version. Can you ask the responsive colleagues to update this tutorial?
