Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and activate one by one checking the issue. I have checked your site I see the WP Bakery works not in the way as it should. Such often happens due to plugins conflict. And I see you have not deactivated plugins.

In order to understand which plugins are related to the theme and which ones are not, go to Appearance > Install plugins > you will see the list – these are required and fully compatible. All others plugins should be deactivated.
