Hello,
Yes, you can call popup by clicking on the button of the Revolution slider. You need to add this class woodmart-open-newsletter to the button of the slider http://prntscr.com/jcopsh
In this case popup which is configured in Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup will be shown
