Reply To: Missing paypal payment button display

I tried to use WooCommerce Storefront for testing, and the paypal button in Storefront can be displayed normally.
I tried disabling all plug-ins and leaving the main plug-in, but the PayPal button still does not display properly on the shopping cart page and checkout page.
