Hello,

First of all, you need to enter the ThemeForest account and navigate to download section of your profile. There you will find all the themes you have ever bought. Please upload the theme

Next, upload the theme. Navigate to Dashboard > Themes > Add new > Upload > Choose the file > in install > activate. Here is video tutorial https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

Then, navigate to Appearance > Install the plugins. Install and activate all the plugins there.

Now your theme is ready.
