In order to set a page as a homepage (it will always lead to starting page) navigate to Settings > Reading > choose from the drop-down http://prntscr.com/js31q2

Next, please navigate to Appearance > Menu > find the menu assigned to as mobile menu. then find menu item home and make sure you have added the page which is set as the homepage.
