Reply To: login form, and contact form

Effectively is a big mistake on my part, I apologize…
I disabled and removed some plugin but the problem still has not solved.
I don’t receive email password reset yet wordpress says the email was sent (tested 2 times this morning and tonight)
contact form 7 it still does not work
