Hello,
Please navigate to Appearance > Widgets > and find there Footer columns http://prntscr.com/kdigmk check them you will find elements which are in the footer.
Pre-footer area is in Theme Settings > Footer.
If you see [html_block id="2188"] navigate to HTML blocks and find there.
