It seems that file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

Lazy loading option stretches all images for 100% width of theirs container blocks. That is why in some situations they become blurred. You need to upload larger images there or we can remove that CSS code. But in that case, you will see a lot of “jumps” effect when original images will be loaded on scroll.
