saristubParticipantHi,
We are experiencing several issues on our website that are affecting user experience and need urgent attention:
1. Cart Freezing: Customers report that after adding items to the cart, the site freezes, preventing them from completing the checkout process or adding additional items. This is a critical issue as it directly impacts sales.
2. Performance Issues: Multiple users have shared screenshots indicating that the site is either very slow or completely unresponsive.
3. Menu Duplication: After performing a search, the menu appears duplicated. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
4. WooCommerce reports are not working.
Please investigate these issues as a priority. Let me know if additional information is required.
Best regards,
NachmanAttachments:

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Sorry for the delay.
1. Please send a video on how to replicate the issue, I tried on my side but it looks like the cart works well – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/VBAKf986
2. At the moment I see that the site loads around 2s – https://img001.prntscr.com/file/img001/Kwvl7N3QT1inSzoIwuuxNA.png that is the normal result when the page is uncached.
Also, check our article on how to adjust CDN – https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/#Step_5
3. Okay, I see. May I disable 3rd party plugins and enable the parent theme for testing?
4. Could you please check this issue with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Kind Regards

saristubParticipantThank you for your response.
1. Attached is a screenshot. What happens in it is that the customer tries for a few seconds to click on the cart and it doesn’t open. It only opens after a few clicks. And when she leaves the site and returns to it, she gets a black screen that doesn’t move.
2. We would be happy if you could go through the settings with us. We did what we could according to the guide and saw no change.
3. We discovered that this happens when there is no WordPress menu on the page itself. Once there is a side menu, the menus in the mega menu are not duplicated. In the meantime, we have solved it with this.
4. This is indeed not a problem with the template, nor is it a problem at all. These are changes that have occurred since a certain version of WooCommerce.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
1. Try to remove the preload cache for the mobile menu – https://prnt.sc/h-SSF88XKg63, then clear the site/mobile cache and recheck the issue.
2. Did you try to do these steps https://prnt.sc/lM3OuhTN5Neq ? Let me know where you stay.
Kind Regards
